This can happen if your iracing account has changed. It will also happen if you have cleared the Racelab app cache. Solution: In Racelabs click “APP” bottom left. Then clear cache. Then log out of Racelabs. Now join an iRacing practice session and restart Racelabs. Click the APP button once. Then click “ir” for iRacing on left then click dashboard.
